So today I’m back on the wagon food-wise after a yummy Easter weekend of delicious food. I have zero regrets but I am happy to be back to it. Weirdly, my insides have shown signs that I’m not used to crappy foods as much anymore - bellyache, indigestion and heartburn to name a few - and I’m quite relieved that that’s all settled already now I’m back in the good zone. That’s not to say I’ve not enjoyed every mouthful of naughtiness, mind!
At the start of Lent I set myself the target of a full stone off before Easter. 14lbs in 5 weeks. Sadly I fell short of the target but I did still achieve an 11lb drop which I’m thrilled with!
I’m sending thanks to Bootea because since I did the initial 14-day detox I’ve felt miles better on the inside and mentally I want to do continuously well, which is a frame of mind I’ve never discovered before for a prolonged period of time.
11lbs in 5 weeks is good by me and I’m continuing the Bootea life with a daily cup of the daytime tea each morning to keep my metabolism speedy. If you want to try it feel free to treat yourself to 20% off with my code: http://www.curebit.com/x/HhiMd7
I don’t know if my success is partly psychological or fully down to Bootea, but either way I’m sticking with it. Coupled with a mostly vegetarian diet I’ve reached a point where I have some faith back in losing the excess lbs and I have the determination to see it through!
As opposed to the traditional ‘Cheat Day’ I am fully embracing the spirit of chocolate egg season and am indulging in a ‘Cheat Weekend’ starting today, including tomorrow and finishing on Sunday with the mother of all meat-filled dinners and copious amounts of roast potatoes.
No Bootea, no gym, no nothing. Just sheer indulgence for three days. We’ll see how much I regret this on Monday morning!
